Through the site's forms (Contact page and Become a Partner Owner page): first name, last name, email address, phone number, property address where applicable, and message content. No banking or sensitive data is collected on this site.
Purpose of processing
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiries, qualify property submissions, and communicate with you as part of a pre-contractual or business relationship.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting the form, as well as on Maison Minara's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received.
Data recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for the Maison Minara team. It is never sold, transferred or rented to third parties.
Technical processors
Form messages are sent via Resend (transactional email service). The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. These providers only process your data within the technical scope of sending and hosting, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Retention period
Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, unless you request earlier deletion.
Cookies
This site does not currently use any audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers. Only your language preference (French/English) is stored locally in your browser, without transmission to any third-party server.
