Our commission is simple and transparent: from 22% including tax of rental revenue, on actual earnings only — no paid sign-up, no hidden fees. The exact services included are tailored to each property during a direct conversation.

Contract terms are discussed directly with each owner during the first conversation, based on your property and your goals.

Our team is fluent in French and English, with local recruitment underway for Arabic.

Once you entrust us with your property, it usually goes live within a few days: visit, photography, listing creation, then the first bookings. We guide you at every step.

We commit to replying to every request in under 30 minutes.

We file the claim with the booking platform's guarantee and follow it through to reimbursement. If a replacement is needed before that reimbursement comes through, how it's handled — and who covers it in the meantime — is decided case by case with you; we don't commit to advancing it automatically.

The commission applies to rental revenue actually received, stay by stay. Nothing is deducted in a month without bookings. It covers all included services: listing, guest communication, welcome, upkeep, coordination of service providers and monthly reporting.

We coordinate everything: housekeeping between each stay, regular upkeep of the property, small repairs, and follow-up with regular providers such as the gardener or pool technician. You have no schedule to keep.

Your property is published on the main international booking platforms, with an optimised listing and professional photography. We then adjust rates according to demand, season and local events.

Yes. You block your personal dates in the calendar, as often as you wish. We simply arrange housekeeping and preparation around your stays.

A detailed monthly statement: revenue received, expenses incurred, occupancy rate and guest feedback. You always know what your property actually earns, without having to ask.

We focus on Marrakech and its immediate region. That proximity is what allows us to guarantee an on-site welcome and a fast response when something unexpected happens.
